Coaching as a term has been just very abundantly in the past years. There is coaching for everything - life coaching, health coaching, coaching within your job or for a certain project; and now horse assisted coaching.

The market is full of people offering guidance and promising a better life. I define coaching for me as the process of helping you to bring more clarity, more structure into your thoughts and ideas.

ABOUT ME

I feel that as a coach I benefit from all the various things I have had the pleasure to experience in my life. Born and raised in Germany, I have a degree in fine arts and an MBA from the US. I have worked with a very big blue chip company as well as with small startups in the US and Germany.

After the birth of my first son, I founded a small headhunting firm in Berlin that enabled me to keep a space for my biggest passion next to my job and family: the horses.

The Eichhof is a Vierseitenhof, characteristic for the area we life in. The farm was built in 1905 by the Eichelbaum family and we bought it from the granddaughter of the original landlord. We love the tranquility, the calmness we can experience here.

Only 20 minutes away from the heart of the bustling city, there is fresh air to smell, a big sky to see and this utter calmness to help find inner peace and harmony. You are welcome to stroll along the pastures after your coaching session, to really sink into your thoughts, and leave us fully charged with positive energy and good spirits.
